Ingredients

• 1 kg Crayfish with the Tails or Prawn
• 2 tablespoon Oil
• 2 Onions
• Green Pepper (chopped)
• 3 Tomatoes (Grated)
• 1 teaspoon Chillie, Borrie, Jiera
• 2 Heap teaspoon Durban Masala
• 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
• Salt to taste
• Quarter Cup Lemon juice
• 3 teaspoon Chillie Sauce
• 3 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce(optional)
• 3 Green Chillies
• 2 Stick Cinnamon
• 2 Kardamon Pods
• 1 & ½ teaspoon Garlic (Crushed)
• 2 Curry leaves
• 1 Cup
