• 1 1/2 cups onions, sliced
• 1 1/2 cups mixed red, yellow and green peppers, sliced
• 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
• Cooking Spray
• 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
• 12 slices reduced fat provolone cheese
