Fig, avocado and pomegranate salad - EAT ME
By preparing your salad as a wreath, you really get into the Christmas spirit. Especially if you like the salad in beautiful green, red and white colours, just like the way we made it.
Ingredients
- 2 limes
- 100 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 pomegranate
- 2 avocados
- 8 figs
- 350 g burrata (or mozzarella)
- 200 g mixed lettuce
- 50 g pistachios
- 50 g pecans
