• 2 2/3 cups water
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 2 teaspoons honey
• 8 cups all-purpose flour
• 7 grams rapid rise yeast (2 packets)
• 1 1/2 teaspoons coarse salt
• 2 pounds Italian sweet sausage, casing removed, crumbled
• 2 teaspoon black pepper
• 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
• 1 cup mozzarella, diced
• 3 tablespoons Parmesan, grated
• 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
