- 1 Stick Earth Balance Buttery Spread or 125 grams Vegan Margarine
- 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Molasses
- 2 Tbsp Ground Flax Seed
- 5 Tbsp Water
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 1/4 Cups Flour
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 3/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 2 1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips
