- 4oz finely chopped thick cut bacon
- 2 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
- 3 whole eggs + 1 egg yolk
- 2oz (1/2 cup) shredded Parmesan or Pecorino Romano cheese
- Freshly ground black pepper
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
