Pico de Gallo Link Sandwiches | Kountry Boys

Ingredients

• Your choice of bread (We used jalapeño cheddar.)
• 4 links of Kountry Boys Pico de Gallo Sausage
• Queso cheese, two slices per sandwich.
• 2 cups of fresh cilantro
• 3 cloves of peeled garlic
• 1/4 small red onion
• 2 teaspoons of red pepper flakes
• 2 teaspoons of dried oregano
• 2 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
• 1 cup of olive oil
• Salt and pepper, to taste
