Easy Caesar Salad - SuperValu
This would be one of my preferred salads to have at a barbecue, it goes so well with all barbecued meats. Store the dressing in the fridge for up to a week.

- 2 Anchovy Fillets in Oil drained & chopped
- 6 Bacon Rashers
- 2 Fresh Egg
- 2 cloves SuperValu Garlic crushed
- 1 SuperValu Iceberg Lettuce
- 1 SuperValu Lemon
- 150 SuperValu Olive Oil
- 100 SuperValu Parmesan Cheese Shavings grated
- 100 g SuperValu Toasted Croutons
- 0 SuperValu Whole Black Peppercorns to season
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
