  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Lime Filling:
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 can (14 oz or 300 mL) sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 lime zest twists, for garnishing
  • 1 tbsp freshly grated lime zest
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp confectioners' (icing) sugar, for dusting
