Ingredients: 1 large head of cauliflower; 1 serve of Pepo's gluten free cheesy Béchamel; Salt & pepper to taste; 2 handfuls of gluten free breadcrumbs; 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg; 2 handfuls of cheese (we used tasty & parmesan but gruyere would also be delicious)
