Ingredients

• 1 whole unbaked pie crust
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
• 1 1/2 c. heavy cream or half-and-half
• 2 whole yellow onions, sliced
• 2 tbsp. butter
• 8 slices bacon
• 8 whole large eggs
