Ingredients

• 4 slices of wheat bread
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 160 g oscypek sheep's cheese
• 2 pears
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp honey
• 20 g walnuts
• 1 tbsp Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Less Salt Soy Sauce
• 1 sprig of thyme
• 2 tsp cranberry jam
