• 2 peaches (preferably firm)
• 250 ml Kikkoman Teriyaki BBQ-Sauce with Honey
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 sprig rosemary
• 80 ml apple juice
• 1 tsp honey
• 70 g goat cheese
• 40 g walnuts
• 2 tbsp pine nuts
• 2 handful rocket
• 1 small red onion
• 0.5 cucumber
• 1 handful fresh mint and basil
• Lemon, to garnish (optional)
