• 1 tbsp lemon zest
• ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
• ¾ cup brown sugar
• 3 large eggs
• ½ cup orange juice (or tea for extra spice)
• ½ cup milk
• 2 tbsp apricot jam
• 1 tsp warm water
