Ingredients
- 1 large or 2 small spaghetti squash
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 3 leeks, light green parts only, chopped finely
- 1 (16-oz./454-g.) bag coleslaw mix
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon Haddar Kosher Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black or white pepper
- 2–3 tablespoons chopped Italian parsley, for garnish
