Spinach Balls with Mustard Dipping Sauce • Kroll's Korner

Ingredients

• Spinach Balls
• 2 10 oz. packages of frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
• 2 cups Italian bread crumbs
• 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/2 cup butter (melted)
• 4 eggs (lightly beaten)
• salt and pepper to taste
• Mustard Sauce
• 1/2 cup ground mustard (this is about the entire large container found in the spice aisle)
• 1/2 cup white vinegar
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1 beaten egg
