Chicken tortellini salad Recipe

Ingredients

• 16 oz. cheese filled tortellini
• 1 green pepper, thinly sliced
• 1 red pepper, thinly sliced
• 1 small red onion, chopped
• 1/2 c. sliced black olives
• 1/2 c. feta cheese
• 1 boneless chicken breast half, cooked and sliced into thin strips
• 1/4 c. olive oil
• 2 tsp. grated lemon Zest
• 2 Tbs. ground walnuts
• 1 Tbs. honey
• 1/4 c. lemon juice
