• ½ fresh pineapple or 1 can pineapple chunks
• 4 tablespoons (¼ cup) concasse of tomato or tomato paste
• 1 package active dry yeast
• the meat from 1 roast mallard
• ½ teaspoon sugar
• oil
• ½ cup sugar
• 1 cup warm water
• 1 pound white bread flour (about 3⅓ cups)
