Ingredients

• 1 ½ cups flour
• 1 stick butter
• 1 egg yolk
• 2 TB milk
• 1 TB butter
• 1 TB oil
• 2 large Vidalia onions, thinly sliced
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 cup Gewurztraminer
• 2 eggs
• 2 TB cream
• 8 oz. gruyere cheese, grated
