- 2 Cans, Coconut Milk
- 1 Sweet Onion, Diced
- 2 Red Bell Peppers, Diced
- 2 Green Bell Peppers, Diced
- 1 Bunch of Celery, Diced
- 1 tbsp Tamari or Fish Sauce
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 tbsp Corn Starch
- 4 Cloves, Garlic, Minced
- 2 cups Vegetable Broth
