• 4½ cups all-purpose flour
• 1½ Tbsp baking powder
• ½ tsp salt
• 1½ cups unsalted butter (room temperature)
• 3 cups granulated sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 7 large egg whites
• 1½ cups whole milk
• ¾ cup sour cream
• 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
• 1½ tsp almond extract
• 2-3 pounds fresh strawberries (stems and hulls removed)
