• 12 oz. Pizza Sauce
• 1 C Shredded Pizza Style Cheese
• 1 C Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
• ¼ C Parmesan Cheese
• 1 lb Ground Sausage*
• 3.5 oz Sliced Pepperoni (1 pkg)*
• 4 oz Mushrooms (1 can)*
• ½ Onion, chopped*
