• 1 teaspoon chocolate extract, optional, I don't use most of the times
• 1/4 cup cocoa powder
• 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips, melted
• 2 eggs
• 2 tablespoons heavy cream
• 1 cup low-fat milk plus 2 tablespoons
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2-3 tablespoons home made sprinkles
• 1/2 cup sugar, 3/4 cup if you are not going to frost them
• 2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
