• 2 tbsp finely ground espresso powder
• 1/2 cup Pirate Sauce
• 1/4 cup orange juice
• 1/4 cup coconut milk (full fat)
• 2 tbsp orange zest (candied)
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• 1 tsp kosher salt
