• 2 celery stalks plus leaves
• 1 large apple
• ¼ cup California Olive Ranch extra virgin olive oil
• ½ Tsp Dijon mustard
• ½ Tsp honey
• 2 Tbl finely chopped fresh dill
• ½ cup chopped hazelnuts, toasted
