Ingredients

• 650 g (1 1/2 pound) new potatoes
• 4 tbsp olive oil, separated
• 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 400 g (14 oz) trout fillet
• 100 g (3.5 oz) fresh asparagus
• 2 slices of lemon
• 100 g (1/2 cup) sour cream
• 1/2 tsp tabasco sauce
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp parsley
