Carrot Cake recipe by Dash _of_ Delish (aisha)

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• ½ cup oil
• 1 cup All purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• Half teaspoon nutmeg
• Add to the egg mixture and combine.
• 2 and half cups grated carrots
• ¾ cup sugar
• Add to the egg mixture. Mix well.
• Buttercream frosting:
• 125gr margerine
• 1 & half cup icing sugar
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder (optional).
