Tropical Black Bean Stew with Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients

• large ripe tomatoes, 2 finely chopped
• green bell pepper, 1 diced
• yellow bell pepper, 1 diced
• cloves of garlic, 2 finely minced
• red onion, 1 finely chopped
• pineapple, 1 cup diced
• jalapeño pepper, 1 finely chopped
• canned black beans, 1 cup drained and rinsed
• ground cumin, 1 tsp none
• smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp none
• olive oil, 2 tbsp none
• fresh cilantro, a handful finely chopped
• sea salt and black pepper, to taste none
• lime, 1 juiced
