Ingredients

• 1 medium onion, finely chopped

• 2 fresh hot chiles, seeded and chopped
• 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
• 1 cup tomatoes, canned, diced, with liquid
• 1 cups water
• 1/2 cup orange juice
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• 1 bay leaf
• 1/2 tsp allspice
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 1/2 tsp kosher salt
• 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
• 1 cup RiceSelect® Texmati White Rice
