Ingredients: 3¾ cups bread flour (430g bread flour, 100g wheat flour, 50g rye flour, or just 470g bread flour); ½ cup dry milk powder; 2 teaspoons instant yeast; 2 tablespoons sugar; ¾ teaspoon salt; 1¼ cups water slightly warmed; 1 egg beaten; 2 tablespoons softened butter, cut into several pieces; Additional Butter, melted for brushing
