• 4 dl coconut milk
• 4 tbsp coconut milk yoghurt
• 1 tsp ginger
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 red chillies
• 250 g sweet potatoes
• ½ bunch coriander
• 1 tbsp oil
• 1 tin chopped tomatoes
• 90 g brown lentils
• 1 tsp chilli powder
• 1 tsp turmeric
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• salt to taste
