- 65 grams white sugar
- 50 grams crystallised ginger
- pinch of flaky sea salt
- 175 grams Mainland Unsalted Butter
- 60 grams golden syrup
- ¾ teaspoon baking soda
- Vanilla Ice-cream
- 2 cups toasted desiccated coconut
