• 3 large finely chopped onions (approx. 300 g)
• 3 small finely chopped garlic cloves
• 50 ml water
• 8 wholemeal sandwich rolls (approx. 900 g)

• 2 red onions, thinly sliced (approx. 150g)
• 150 g finely shredded iceberg lettuce
