Strawberry Swiss roll trifle - Aceline

Ingredients

• 280ml pot double cream (Elmlea)
• 300ml fresh milk
• 6 egg yolks (Coccodi)
• 2 ½ tbsp. caster sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 ½ tbsp corn flour
• 1 packet strawberry jelly
• 1 bag frozen strawberries, defrosted (Asiago)
• 1 pre-bought strawberry jam Swiss roll
• Few tbsp sherry or liqueur to soak the sponge
• 2 pots double cream (Elmlea)
• 2 tbsp icing sugar
