• 2.5 Cup Yellow Onion, about 2 medium onion, diced
• 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
• 2 tsp Lemon, juice
• 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
• 1/2 tsp Salt and Black Pepper, 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper, adjust to taste
• 1/4 tsp Thyme, dried or 3-4 sprigs fresh thyme
• 2 Green Onion, green part only or 1 tbsp chives, for garnish.
• 1 tbsp Olive Oil
• 1 tbsp Unsalted Butter
• 1 tsp Garlic, 2 cloves, 1 tsp small chopped
• 1 Cup Sour Cream
