Orange Glazed Turkey Cutlets, Thyme for Cooking summer main course.

Ingredients

• 2 - 4 turkey cutlets, depending on size, 12oz (360gr) total weight
• 3 tbs orange marmalade substitute 2 tbs orange juice or 1 tbs lemon juice and 1 tbs honey
• 2 tbs sherry
• 1 tbs sherry wine vinegar
• 1 tsp soy sauce
• 2 tbs olive oil
• 1 tsp dried rosemary
