Ingredients

• 1 and 1/2 cups potato, peeled and cubed
• 1/2 cup carrot, diced
• 1 cup nutritional yeast
• 5 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 tablespoon garlic powder
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
• 1/2 teaspon salt
• 3/4 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
