Ingredients
- 2-3 Large sweet potatoes or yams
- 1 Medium onion, diced
- 1 Clove Garlic, minced
- 2 Stalks Celery, diced
- 2/3 Cup Water
- 2 Tsp Cumin
- 1 Tsp Sweet (regular) paprika
- 1 Tsp Liquid smoke or smoked paprika
- 1/4 Tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 Cups Water, extra
- 15 oz. can + 1/2 a cup of diced tomatoes
- 2 Cups Cooked kidney or pinto beans
- 1 1/2 Cups Frozen corn
- 4 Cups Chopped fresh leafy greens or 1 pound frozen leafy greens (see notes)
