Mango, lime & coconut panna cotta recipe
This dessert will never fail to please, thanks to the mango purée and lime zest.
Ingredients
- 3 gelatine leaves
- 200 ml milk
- 200 ml double cream
- 100 ml coconut cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 limes, finely grated zest only
- 30 g caster sugar
- 85 g Alphonso mango purée
- 1 mango, diced, to decorate
