Ingredients
- 25 g butter
- 2 Coarsely Chopped White white onions
- 2 red peppers Chopped in Cubes
- 1½ litre chicken stock
- 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- ½ tsp Sweet paprika
- 150 g cream cheese
- 1 Can of Chopped tomato
- ½ tsp coarse salt
- 1 pinch Freshly pepper
- 2 turkey schnitzels in Thin Strips
- 2 slices wholemeal bread
