Ingredients

• 3-4 lb pork shoulder, trimmed of excess fat
• 2 bottles Humble and Frank MAUI SAUCE AND MARINADE
• 1 large red onion, halved and finely sliced
• White vinegar
• ½ head white cabbage, finely shredded
• ½ head red cabbage, finely shredded
• ¼ cup real mayonnaise, plus more for buns
• 2 Tbsp lime juice
• Pinch of cayenne
