• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 110 gr. margarine
• 2 Pink Lady apples, peeled and cut into pieces
• 100 gr. pecans, coarsely chopped
• 120 gr. maple syrup
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 large egg
