- 1 1/2 lbs Tuna, 2-3 fresh Ahi Tuna steaks
- 2 Avocado, pitted and sliced
- 1/2 Cup Red Onion, medium red onion, thin sliced half moons
- 1/4 Bunch Cilantro, fresh leaves, teared
- 1 Jalapeno, or fresno chili pepper, de-seeded and sliced
- 3 Peach, cut in half, pitted
- Lime, cut into wedges, for serving
- 3 tbsp Rice Vinegar, unseasoned
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper, adjust as per taste
- 2 inch Ginger, grated, and squeezed to get juice
- 1/2 tsp Chili Flakes, or 1 tsp hot sauce, adjust as per taste
- 2 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce, I used Tamari Soy Sauce
