Ingredients

• 1 c unsalted butter, at room temperature
• 3 c granulated sugar
• 1 c heavy cream, at room temperature
• 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
• 2 tsp. lemon extract
• 2 tsp. orange extract
• 3 c cake flour (plus more for dusting blueberries)
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 6 large eggs, at room temperature
• 1 1/2 tsp. orange zest
• 1 1/2 c frozen blueberries
• Floured baking spray
• Fresh blueberries and strawberries, for garnish
• Mint leaves, for garnish
