Ingredients

• 2 tbsp coriander seeds
• 1 tbsp cumin seeds
• 1 tbsp fennel seeds
• 3 – 4 Kashmiri red chilies
• 1/2 tsp black peppercorn
• 1/4 cup ghee + 1 tsp
• 2 tbsp tamarind paste
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tsp turmeric
• 7 garlic cloves
• 1 tbsp chopped ginger
