Ingredients
- 1 packet active yeast (2 1/4 teaspoons)
- 3 - 4 cups bread flour (I used 3 cups)
- 1/4 cup egg substitute or 1 large egg
- 1 Tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup jalapenos, pickled, drained, diced
- 1/2 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon salt
- course sea salt for sprinkling (I used Kosher Salt)
- 1 1/2 cups warm water (lukewarm, no need to take temperature)
