Ingredients

  • 200. gm Cream cheese ( I used)or home made cheese/chhana/cottage chees
  • 100 gm Gulab jamun milk powder ( I used) or mawa/khoa
  • 1 ½ table spoon Rice flour
  • 1 ½ tablespoon plain flour/ maida
  • ½ teaspoon Baking soda/cooking soda
  • 4 black cardamom seeds, roughly crushed
  • 2 tablespoon extra sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon mace powder
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg powder
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 3 cups water
  • 3 green cardamom, crushed
  • Few nokuladanas in Bengali or sweet small makhana or in Hindi called, sweet elaichi dana
  • Oil for frying
