• 3 tsp Jamaican jerk seasoning

• 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
• 1 cup diced cucumber
• 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
• 1/4 cup diced red onion
• 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
• 1 jalapeno, minced
