• 4 Exceldor chicken breasts
• 3 tbsp. (45 ml) honey
• 4 tsp. (20 ml) Dijon mustard
• 1 tsp. (5 ml) paprika
• 8 slices bacon
• Pepper to taste
• 8 halved Nantes carrots of various colours
• 1 zucchini cut into ½ in. (1 cm) thick slices
• 1 red onion cut into quarters
