Ingredients

• 2 Tablespoons olive oil
• 8 Old Farm Sausages
• 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 100 ml white wine
• 4 - 400 gram tins chopped tomatoes
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 tablespoon ketchup
• 1 fresh bay leaf
• 1 small spring fresh rosemary, leaves only
• 3 fresh sage leaves, sliced in ribbons
• 100 ml milk, full fat
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 -500 gram pack spaguetti
• Parmesan cheese to taste
